Each session supports you in reconnecting with your body’s intelligence — the natural sense of safety, strength, and belonging that lives underneath stress or tension.
You’ll be invited to notice sensations, impulses, and emotions in real time, developing the ego functions of centering, grounding, energy management, and boundaries. These foundational capacities help you regulate your nervous system, express yourself authentically, and navigate relationships with more clarity and ease.
