I have been training in Somatic Developmental Psychology since 2017, in an International system called Bodynamic based in Denmark (www.bodynamic.com). I have completed the following courses in the past years:

With extensive learning in Somatic Psychology and my own personal therapy experiences, I am now offering the following services to clients who wish to enhance their lives through somatic therapeutic work. Utilizing body intelligence in this developmental approach, the foundation of Bodynamic Somatic Developmental Psychology is to help clients acquire new psychological resources, rather than breaking down defences.
If you choose to undergo therapy with me, you will be challenged just enough in each session to ensure progress, and we will spend considerable time working on increasing your self-observation skills. With my expertise, I can establish a therapeutic plan and identify the psychological themes that need attention. In each session, we will create a small contract together to help you progress through the therapeutic process.

Initial Therapy Session: 90min ($187.50 + GST)
Following Therapy Sessions: 75min each ($156.25 + GST)

-Zoom therapy sessions are also available
-I am available to travel to provide individual therapy at extra cost
*Long term established clients will have an option to do 60min sessions upon therapist's approval ($125 + GST).

You can also book with me a Bodynamic 3-sessions Intro Package($240 +GST). It is a package of 1h per session (3h total) in which I will do a therapeutic assessment, involve some therapeutic work and establish a therapeutic plan going forward for you. This is meant to introduce you to the Somatic Developmental Psychology and give you a wholesome experience in what this work entails in case you wish to try it out before you decide to join our Foundation Training.
